Returns Center

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items in original condition according to our returns policy in exchange for store credit. Returns will not be accepted without the original 'White Willow Boutique' hang tag attached. Once submitted, our team will process your request and either approve or deny it within 48 hours. If you are exchanging an item you will be responsible for return shipping. If you are returning an item for store credit you will be emailed a pre-paid shipping label and shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit amount. Items sell out quickly and stock is not guaranteed for an item you are exchanging. **PLEASE NOTE, ALL REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AS STORE CREDIT, EVEN IF YOU USED AFTERPAY, MEANING YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE REMAINING INSTALLMENTS EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM(S)**
